MBT SIRIUS - An initiative started by Neelam to train people around tarot and the psychology behind cards. This training is a 4 month program with 4 levels. Neelam personally hand picks people through interviews to understand if this course will work for students. After training, they all become a part of soul compass which is a community of coaches neelam has trained personally. This training involves layers of understanding tarot, psychology, astrology and numerology.
Neelam personally sits in the coaching and practising series as well with all coaches before they are inducted to soul compass. Soul Compass gives all budding tarot readers a chance to start their journey and offer what they have learnt so far through sessions with clients
